In this episode, Luis is joined by his brother-friend, Steve Rasovsky. Both Luis and Steve have had COVID and found a lot of wisdom in their experience. Fundamentally, COVID offered them both an invitation into the slowness an authenticity of their bodies because their flight response was physically inaccessible.

Please note that neither Luis or Steve are medical practitioners and this episode isn't about the variants, vaccines, etc.

Instead, Luis and Steve share with us what they learned from COVID, what they were able to release as a result of the experience, and how they continue to integrate those learnings into their lives even after recuperating.
