Holistic Life Navigation
This podcast explores holistic stress and trauma recovery. I am your host, Luis Mojica. My work, Holistic Life Navigation, was modeled after my own journey in healing myself from chronic illness and PTSD. I share this podcast with many brilliant minds who, like me, healed themselves through unique, unusual, and unorthodox ways.

Hello, my friends. I'm just dropping this short episode to let you know that I am coming to London. After years of people asking me if I would do something that's more financially accessible than a weeklong retreat, I finally am able to. So on August 27th, I will be at this beautiful little place called the London Book Barge on the Regent Canal. And it is happening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. where I will be doing a book reading and signing 100% free. It's a great place to come out and listen to me wax poetic about the animism of food and how it affects our nervous systems and the land and really our connections to ourselves and each other. I'll be reading from my book, Food Therapy, and I'll answer your questions and I'll give you hugs and I'll sign your books. So that's on August 27th from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Uh at the London Book Barge. Then two days later, on August 29th, I'm having a whole day-long workshop for just 75 pounds if you register by August 1st. If it's after August 1st, it's 95 pounds. And it's a workshop at the let me see where this is actually. The workshop is at the Regent Regents University, Ackland Building. And this workshop starts at 10 30 a.m. and it ends at 4 30 p.m. And this is gonna be a deep dive into food therapy. In particular, a deep dive into understanding nutrition as the missing link when it comes to trauma healing, stress recovery, even reducing anxiety. So I'm gonna be hosting that August 29th at 10:30 a.m. in London for just 75 pounds for the entire day. It's actually being hosted by a wonderful company called Alternatives, but I'm gonna be leading it. And that's a great way to work with me. I'll be doing demos, I'll be answering questions, giving you practices, really teaching everyone from clinicians to everyday self-healers how to incorporate food in their lives with the intention of reducing stress, trauma, and anxiety. So all this information is in the episode details. I am coming across the pond. I'll be there in a couple weeks. I'm really looking forward to meeting some of you in person. If you have any questions, just go to holisticlifenavigation.com and click on events, and you'll see my in-person events there. You can register. Or I am an AI free company. There are real human beings that take your emails. So you can also email info in F O at holisticlifenavigation.com and ask any question you have about these events, and it will be answered within one to two business days. I'm looking forward to this. I'm looking forward to meeting some of you in person and just spreading this word, the gospel of the beans and of food, and how it relates to our bodies and the land and one another, and how we can really start leaning on food as a resource for nervous system regulation. I'll look forward to seeing you in a few weeks.
